Here's a step-by-step explanation of how arubame booking process works

1. Select Your Favorite Activity:

The first step is for you to browse through the available activities and choose your favorite one. For a personalized and tailored experience, you have the option to sign in and become a member of Arubame. By creating an account, you provide your preferences, interests, and location information.

2. We Check Availability with the Vendors:

Once you have selected your desired activity, we initiate the process of checking the availability with the vendors or organizers. This step ensures that there are open slots for you on the chosen date and time.

3. We Send You the Confirmation:

After confirming the availability with the vendors, we send you a confirmation email or message. This confirmation contains details about your booking, including the activity name, date, time, and any other relevant information.

4. You Pay the Deposit:

To secure your booking, you are required to make a deposit payment. The deposit amount is typically a partial payment of the total cost of the activity. This payment is necessary to confirm your reservation and is usually paid online through a secure payment gateway.

5. Receive Your Tickets and Instructions:

Upon receiving your deposit payment, we generate your tickets or booking confirmation. These tickets, along with any specific instructions related to the activity (such as meeting points or special requirements), are sent to you via email and you can always check them on your Arubame user space. It’s crucial to keep these tickets and instructions handy for the day of the activity.

6. The Day of the Activity You Pay the Balance:

On the scheduled day of the activity, you attend the venue or location as per the provided instructions. At this point, you are required to pay the remaining balance of the total cost.

Once made, deposits are non-refundable. If you require a change in your booking date, kindly inform us in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, based on availability.
