All-Inclusive Food and Beverage:
There is never a problem satiating your thirst or hunger at De Palm Island!
Enjoy your lunch buffet featuring local and Caribbean fare, or grab a snack from our grill, like a burger, french fries, or chicken tenders. And enjoy a cocktail, beer, or soft drink from our open bar.
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. / Grill: 12 to 4 p.m. / Open Bar: 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Snorkeling:
The coral reef just off De Palm Island is one of Aruba’s most spectacular snorkel sites. There’s no easier way to catch a glimpse of the spectacular marine life of the Caribbean, and in particular, the stunning blue parrotfish that are endemic to Aruba. Great snorkeling can be had in both waist-high and deeper waters. All snorkel gear is provided, as well as instruction. Complimentary snorkel tours of the reef are offered twice daily.
Water park:
Your little ones will love the kids water park, where they can shoot water cannons, zip down slides, go under water showers, and get soaked by a tipping bucket.
Body Drop Slides:
For those looking for something more daring, slide down a dark, twisting tunnel that will drop you into a spiraling bowl. *Guests under 48 inches tall (1.22 m) are not permitted on these rides.
Relaxation:
At De Palm Island, you can lounge in the sun to your heart’s content or splash about in the crystalline, turquoise water that surrounds the island. Beach chairs and palapas for shade are included, but bring your own towel. For your own comfort, bring water shoes (also for sale at our Gift Shop).
For ultimate relaxation, book your own private beach cabana with a sea view, treat yourself to a massage, or both!
Banana Boat Rides:
Unlimited fun with unlimited rides! Beat the heat and ride the waves. Hop on a banana boat for a splashing and thrilling adventure.
Kids must be at least 10 years old.
The Banana Boat starts at 11 a.m. and closes for 30 minutes for lunch during the day (no specific time).
Sports:
Get a team together and challenge each other to a game of basketball.

Yes when you get your upgrade. De Palm Island is home to a beautiful flock of Chilean flamingos and Cuban flamingos that enjoy life in a reserved section of the island. Guest with premium seating can mingle with the flamingoes. Guests with regular tickets can only see the elegant flamingos from a distance.
Wear your swimsuit! Pack a towel, sunblock, sunglasses, a hat or visor, a camera, and water shoes that will allow you to comfortably walk on rocky terrain.
Round-trip transportation from most hotels is included in the De Palm Island Including Bus Transportation option only. To confirm your pick-up time, visit one of our Activities Desks or Guest Services Desks in your hotel.
De Palm Island (Walk-in) does not include round trip transportation. Guests can find the address by entering Port De Palm in your GPS or in Google for directions.

Snorkeling at De Palm Island ranges from waist deep to approximately 15 feet in depth.
Yes, a free snorkel tour is conducted twice daily; the first tour goes out at 10 am and the second at 2 pm. A guide goes with every tour and provides instruction and safety vests.
Yes, there’s plenty of shade at the bar, restaurant and by the water park.
The lunch buffet is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and serves a full salad bar, Aruban lentil soup, Caribbean curry chicken, fish fillet with Aruban Crioyo sauce, Caribbean rice, pasta marinara, mashed potatoes. We offer Aruban, bread pudding, chocolate or vanilla cake and Aruban rice pudding.
The grill is open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and serves the following:
- Build your own burger

– nacho cheddar cheeseburger
– vegan burger
- Chicken tenders
Crispy breaded chicken deep fried to a golden brown.

– Plain: crispy fries with sea salt

A vegetarian delight made with a tomato-based sauce, mild chili spices, corn, kidney beans and green beans.
The bar is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and serves soft drinks, red wine, white wine, beer, rum, vodka, whiskey, tequila, and cocktails.
